To market its products, Kiehl’s uses a different marketing approach that is giving away numerous free product samples. Specifically known for its generous sampling policy, Kiehl’s is giving away more than 12 million samples a year.
Store in Riga continues this initiative that started more than 92 years ago- along with other stores all around the world.
