The innocent breakfast banana berry bread has no added sugar and is lactose free, I mean what else could you ask for?semi sweet bread with a zing from the raspberries and divine dark blue undertones from blueberries. Can be enjoyed with a cup of coffee on its own, or with different toppings – cream cheese, ricotta, bananas, berries, slices of orange and many more

 3 ripe mashed bananas
 50 gr melted coconut oil
 100 gr maple syrup
 120 gr almond milk (or any other)
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 1/2 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp baking powder
 150 gr wheat flour
 50 gr oats
 50 gr oat flour
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. In a mixing bowl add all of the wet ingredients and mix well with a spatula.
3. Make oat flour by graining oats in coffee mill or with a help of hand held blender. Add all dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
4. Fold in blueberries and raspberries.
5. Transfer to a lined loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let the bread cool for 5-10 minutes in the pan, then remove and transfer to cooling rack to cool down completely.
7. Serve!
